Returns Policy

If you aren’t not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange items.

This can be done in three simple steps;

~ First email us at to let us know which items you wish to return and whether you would like an exchange.

~Then post items and proof of purchase back to us at Little Lukes, Viking Road, Brownsburn Ind Est, ML6 9SE.

~ Please do not bring back items purchased online into the shop. Your exchange cannot be processed in store. You must message us first before you can do that.

Please read the following carefully:

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will gladly exchange items providing they are returned within the time limit and are in the original condition with tags attached.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
